Corrections: Sept. 28-29

At The Collegian, we aim to deliver factual, reliable and grammatically correct articles to you the student body. We are not perfect, but we hope to improve continually. The following are corrections from our issue published on Sept. 28 online and Sept. 29 in print

Article: TU TPUSA attempts to ban journalists | by Gracie Gifford | Commentary
– “Charlie Kirk memorial had six attendees — four were asked to leave”
>- These numbers should have been five and three respectively, the number of reporters at the scene was inflated.
– “Upon arrival, Anderson Bell, Aristotle Orsini, Carter Reed, and Riley Wilson were immediately informed that Turning Point would be “unable to provide a statement because of TPUSA National’s rules.””
>- Aristotle Orsini and Riley Wilson were not in attendance.
– “According to Orisini,” “TU Turning Point president, Nathaniel Robonovitz.”
>- Typos: names spelled “Orsini” and “Nathan Robinovitz.
– “The journalists stayed for the full duration of the event.”
>- Journalists remained at the event some time after Turning Point USA attempted to remove them, but did not remain for the entire duration of the memorial.
